There is no better guarantee for humanity than have well-raised and well armed children. Just like the Fon people say, "Vi wɛ nyi lé é ɖo ajɔ ji ɔ". Kids are the only true benefits on top of all business. It is of course by making ours such a powerful saying that SEA organizes every year an interschool contest which obliges the children of different schools in Ouidah (private and public) to do more research on their history and culture. This educational contest exposes the kids to realities they are not taught in classes since the African countries curricula remain far from reflecting the socio-cultural realities of African kids.
The tradition is going to be repeated in March 2024 in the same categories as this year's: Best Orator, Best Poet, Best Reader, and Best Word Hunter. The exception this year is that we are extending the contest…
